In 1992 Rick Heyden and Paul Stanley merged their agencies to form The Heyden Stanley Group. Starting as a two man crew, HSG grew and now consists of six outside salesmen with three inside sales/support personnel in the Houston office.

While being a relatively young agency, The Heyden Stanley Group aggressively markets products to the HVAC/R distribution industry, including Appliance wholesalers and select Original Equipment Manufacturers in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, Western Tennessee and Mississippi. Dedication to building successful client relationships through professionalism, high-quality service and great attention to detail, gives the Heyden Stanley Group and its Manufacturers a decisive edge over the competition. HSG takes great pride in being recognized as an award-winning leader inside the HVAC/R industry.

As charter members of HARDI (formally ARWI and NHRAW), HSG commitment drives their involvement within the industry on both the national and regional levels. Paul Stanley served on the Region 8 Board of Directors for HARDI until the end of 2005. At the beginning of 2006 Rick Heyden started his term on the Region 8 Board of Directors for HARDI.
